By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or booking any of our workplace wellbeing products, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

Removalankle is a United Kingdom-based provider of anti-stress programs designed specifically for office workers. We deliver on-site and virtual sessions across the UK, including but not limited to the Desk Reset Micro-Session, Lunchbreak Calm Workshop, and Full Workplace Resilience Program.

2. Website Use

You may use removalankle.world for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the website in any way that violates applicable laws, infringes the rights of others, introduces malicious code or viruses, attempts unauthorised access to our systems, scrapes or harvests data without permission, or misrepresents your affiliation with Removalankle. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to users who breach these conditions.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, program descriptions, logos, session materials, practice cards, and digital resources, is the intellectual property of Removalankle or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent. Program materials provided during sessions are licensed for internal use by the booking organisation only and may not be resold or publicly distributed.

4. Program Bookings

Bookings for our anti-stress programs are confirmed only upon written acceptance by Removalankle and receipt of any required deposit. Program descriptions and prices displayed on removalankle.world are subject to change. The price confirmed at the time of booking shall apply to your order. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion, including where we are unable to deliver to your location or where the requested program is unsuitable for your workplace environment.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. For the Desk Reset Micro-Session, payment is due upon confirmation. For the Lunchbreak Calm Workshop and Full Workplace Resilience Program, a deposit may be required with the balance due before or on the date of the first session. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate permitted under UK law.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling are governed by our Return Policy. In summary, cancellations made more than fourteen days before a scheduled session receive a full refund. Cancellations within seven to fourteen days receive a fifty percent refund. Cancellations within seven days are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once within ninety days, subject to availability. Removalankle reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to facilitator illness, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients booking our programs agree to provide accurate information about team size, office layout, and accessibility requirements. A suitable space must be made available for group sessions. The client is responsible for informing participants of session times and ensuring their availability. For on-site delivery, the client must provide safe access to the premises and comply with any relevant health and safety policies. Participation in all sessions is voluntary.

8. Nature of Services

The wellbeing programs offered by Removalankle are educational workplace sessions focused on breathing techniques, posture awareness, mindful pauses, and practical strategies for managing everyday work pressure. Our programs are not a substitute for professional mental health support. Individual results may vary. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, and all client comments represent individual experiences.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Removalankle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs. Our total liability for any claim arising from a booked program shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific program. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Removalankle, its facilitators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our website, or your failure to provide accurate booking information or a safe session environment.
