This Return Policy sets out the cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for anti-stress programs purchased from Removalankle. It applies to all products listed on removalankle.world, including the Desk Reset Micro-Session, Lunchbreak Calm Workshop, and Full Workplace Resilience Program. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.
1. Overview
Because our programs involve scheduled facilitation time and on-site or virtual delivery, standard consumer return rights for physical goods do not directly apply. However, Removalankle is committed to fair and transparent cancellation terms that respect both our clients and our facilitators. This policy is designed to provide clarity on what happens if you need to cancel, reschedule, or request a refund for any of our workplace anti-stress programs.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed when you receive written confirmation from Removalankle and any required deposit or full payment has been processed. The confirmation email will specify the program type, date, time, location, number of participants, and total price in British Pounds. Please review your confirmation carefully and contact us within forty-eight hours if any details are incorrect.
3. Desk Reset Micro-Session (£49)
Cancellations made more than seven days before the scheduled session receive a full refund. Cancellations made between three and seven days before the session receive a fifty percent refund. Cancellations made within three days of the session are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once within sixty days, subject to facilitator availability. If Removalankle cancels the session, a full refund or alternative date will be offered at your choice.
4. Lunchbreak Calm Workshop (£145)
Cancellations made more than fourteen days before the scheduled workshop receive a full refund of all amounts paid. Cancellations made between seven and fourteen days before the workshop receive a fifty percent refund. Cancellations made within seven days of the workshop are non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted once without charge if requested at least seven days in advance. A second rescheduling request may incur an administrative fee of £25. If participant numbers fall below the minimum of four, the client may reschedule or receive a full refund.
5. Full Workplace Resilience Program (£1,250)
This monthly package includes four scheduled sessions. Cancellations made more than twenty-one days before the first session receive a full refund minus a £50 administrative fee. Cancellations made between fourteen and twenty-one days before the first session receive a seventy-five percent refund. Cancellations made within fourteen days of the first session are non-refundable, but unused sessions may be transferred to a future month within six months, subject to availability. Individual sessions within the package that are cancelled by the client with less than seven days notice are forfeited. If Removalankle is unable to deliver any session, a pro-rata credit or refund will be applied.
6. How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule a booking, contact Removalankle at support@removalankle.world or call +447949029157 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:30 GMT). Please include your booking reference, organisation name, program type, and scheduled date. Cancellations are effective from the date we acknowledge your request in writing. Verbal cancellations should be followed by written confirmation.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days of cancellation confirmation. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of booking. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to credit the refund to your account.
8. Virtual Sessions
For programs delivered virtually, the same cancellation and refund terms apply as for on-site sessions. Additionally, if technical issues on the client's side prevent participation and the session cannot be rescheduled on the same day, the session may be rescheduled once at no extra charge if the client notifies us within thirty minutes of the scheduled start time. Repeated technical failures attributable to the client are not grounds for a refund.
9. Travel and Location Fees
For on-site sessions delivered outside Greater London, a travel supplement may have been charged at the time of booking. If a session is cancelled by the client within the non-refundable window, travel fees are non-refundable. If Removalankle cancels the session, all fees including travel supplements are fully refunded.
10. Dissatisfaction
Your satisfaction with our anti-stress programs is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with a delivered session, please contact us within seven days of the session date with specific details of your concern. We will investigate promptly and, where appropriate, offer a complimentary follow-up session, partial credit toward a future booking, or a partial refund at our discretion. Removalankle is committed to resolving complaints fairly and promptly.
11. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, transport disruptions, or facilitator illness. In such cases, Removalankle will offer to reschedule affected sessions or provide a full refund for undelivered sessions at the client's choice.
12. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Return Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, where applicable. If you booked as a consumer and believe your statutory rights have not been respected, you may seek advice from the Citizens Advice Bureau or contact us directly to resolve the matter.
